l Formulate annual sales budget and quarterly sales forecast and implement sales plan to achieve the sales target accordingly.

l Develop and continuously review business process, rules, scripts, sales tools and KPIs to improve sales efficiency

l To manage and lead the sales team by following CWS-boco’s sales process to improve efficiency and ensure the team acquires full service knowledge and market information to continuously improve the team’s sales skills.

l Develop Sales Matrix/Index/reporting system highlight potential risk and give suggestion to track business health.
制定销售矩阵/指数/报告系统,发现潜在风险并提供建议,使销售业务健康发展。
l Set up training program for sales team, cooperating with HR department within yearly budget to improve the sales skill and always show the professional image and manners to customers.
根据年度预算与HR共同制定销售团队的培训方案,以提高销售技能并向客户体现形象和礼仪;
l To set up incentive plan, deliver coaching programs, and drive the sales team to hit revenue target.
设立激励计划,提供辅导方案,推动销售团队达到销售目标。
l Develop new customer and coordinate CS to solute customer’s complaint, repair, maintenance, short in store, etc. in time.
发展新客户并协调公司客服部门及时解决客户投诉、维修保养和缺货等突发情况。
l Deal with renew-contract in time
及时处理续签合同
l Responsible for the AR management to ensure the health sale status.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience技能,资格,经验:
· Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历
· 5+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of sales management experience
5年以上的销售经验和3年以上销售管理经验
· Experience of B2B sales
B2B的销售经验
· Boast of deep insight in business and strong analytical ability;

· Fluent English communication skills
