Accountable for 工作职责:
-- Formulate, manage and update product documentation, service documentation and training material;
规范、整理并及时更新产品资料、技术资料、培训资料等文档;
-- Organize product, sales & safety training for sales team, service people, operators, agents etc;
负责销售人员、技术人员、经销商及其他相关部门的产品培训;
-- Process regular product local tests;
定期进行产品检测及产品安全培训;
-- Support of sales representatives in customer-individual projects, meetings and measures;
产品相关项目的销售支持工作;
-- Accompanying trade-sales project via specific sales channels incl. process and product organization, e.g. re-packaging;
针对销售模式的产品,负责产品重新包装等相关项目;
-- Work with external third parties to process relative licenses;
化学品相关的国家政策规范修改变更的跟踪及相关认证的操作;
-- Responsibility for the complete product- and service lifecycle CWS for the international and local product assortment;
针对中国市场进行产品线管理;
-- Collaboration with International CWS Product Management and International Technical Service Management;
配合欧洲的产品相关项目;
-- Internal interface for all CWS product- and service-related issues;
与相关部门协作进行新产品推广及产品价格管理;
-- Establish Market and Competitor Knowledge, as well as special Chinese market needs.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience技能,资格,经验:
l Bachelor or above degree with major in marketing or relative field.
本科以上学历,市场或市场相关。
l High proficiency in English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written.
良好的中英文表达能力。
l More than 3 years’ product management experience in the B2B industry in multinational enterprise.
3年以上在B2B行业跨国企业产品管理经验者优先。
l Relevant product and industry knowledge.
相关产品与行业背景知识。
l High degree of responsibility, good team player, team-leadership, good at project management and interpersonal communication both listening and presentation.
富有责任心,具有团队合作意识与领导能力,擅长项目管理与人际沟通。
l Must be familiar with MS office .
熟悉MS办公软件。
l Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
