Job Description:
1)Formulate and implement annually, quarterly and monthly sales plan
每年制定和实施,季度和月度销售计划
2)Develop business process, rules, scripts, sales tools and KPIs and continuously review and re-define the whole sales funnel to improve sales efficiency

3)To manage and lead the sales team by following CWS-boco’s sales process, use management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy, take steps to ensure the team acquires full service knowledge and market information, and continuously improve the team’s sales skills.
管理和领导的销售团队,并且按照海特斯的的销售流程,优化管理系统,以提率和准确性,采取措施,以确保团队获得完整的服务知识和市场信息,不断提高团队的销售技巧。
4)Develop Sales Matrix/Index/reporting system to track business health, highlight potential risk and give suggestion to management team
制定销售矩阵/指数/报告系统,跟踪业务的健康,突出潜在风险和管理团队提供建议。
5)To motivate the sales team and build team spirit. Always show the professional image and manners to customers.
为了激励销售团队和建立团队精神。显示给客户的形象和礼仪;
6)To set up incentive plan, deliver coaching programs, and drive the sales team to hit revenue target

Requirement:
· Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
· 3+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of sales management experience
3年以上的销售经验和2年以上销售管理经验
· Experience of B2B sales
B2B的销售经验
· Boast of deep insight in business and strong analytical ability;

· Fluent English communication skills
流利的英语沟通能力
· Self-motivated, service-oriented and sales driving

· Good interpersonal communication skill, can work well under pressure
