工作职责:
l 处理客户订单,沟通其它职能部门尽快处理订单 Sales order handling, communication with related departments
l 熟悉产品信息,解答客户问题Comprehensive product knowledge, answering questions of customer
l 反馈客户要求及投诉,提供合理化建议follow-up of customer suggestions and complains; provide suggestions
l 建立客户档案,销售订单及客户信息文件管理 Customer-related documents filing and management
l 协助客户满意度调查 Customer Satisfaction research
l 客户信息汇总,整理及报告 Summary and reporting for customer information
技能,资格,经验:
l 2年以上客户服务相关经验 2 years related experience in customer service
l 耐心,细心,态度和蔼 Carefulness, patience and kind attitude
l 应变能力及突发事件处理能力 Quick reaction of emergency
l 积极,热情,有感染力 Activeness, passion and influence power
l 良好的语言表达能及沟通能力Expression and communication skills
l 大专以上学历 college graduate and above
l 熟练使用计算机 Strong computer skills
l 英语读写能力 English language, esp. for reading and writing
l ,已婚已育优先
