Brief Descript.ion:
Lead in CRM implementation using Siebel application. Familiar with Loyalty, eCommerce and consumer goods industry trends to advise customers. Responsible for design system architecture, hardware/software specification definition, installation of Siebel Product and application deployment, manage and migrate various application environments, including system-related problem identification and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Client facing senior consulting role responsible for leading and implementing project activities from requirements gathering through successful implementation of Siebel product.
2. Proactively build and maintain confidence of clients and colleagues.
3. Interfaces with company and client managers.
4. May support business development activities or participate on multiple projects at the same time.
5. Technical responsibilities include:
a） Design system architecture, hardware/software specification definition.
b） Installation of Siebel Product and application deployment.
c） Manage and migrate various application environments, including system-related problem identification and troubleshooting.
d） Support performance testing and performance tuning.
e） DB administration including at least one of Oracle, SQL Server and DB2.
f） Application/Systems management.
g） Data migration （EIM experiences is a plus）.
h） Support various teams in the project duration.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of Siebel experience with in-depth knowledge with Siebel 
2. Possessed an extensive knowledge and application of Siebel architectural concepts.
3. Strong knowledge of core and horizontal Siebel products and function.ality with extensive experience within at least one industry vertical.
4. Detailed knowledge of the Siebel data model, object model, and server/middle tier components.
5. Technical skills should include significant experience with architecture models, database, data modeling, integration, web technology, business analysis, programming and DBA experience a plus.
6. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
7. Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities, ability to address and interact internally and externally.
8. Typically requires 5-8 years of IT industry experience including at least 5 years of consulting or industry experience doing software implementation.
9. At least 5 years experience in relational database concepts, data modeling and a strong understanding of SQL and/or relational database administration （including performance tuning and capacity planning） and/or expertise in RDBMS technologies, application rollouts and replication environments.
10. Strong Networking and Systems Management skills （Unix and Linux essential）
11. MA, MS, or equivalent degree preferred. Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent desired.
12. Fluent oral and written English.
13. Ability to travel at least 80% of time.
