Requirements: 
1.Ability to work independently on programming/developing projects as well as work in a team environment. 
2.Good experience on Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript. or Siebel VB, Business Services
3.Good knowledge on Siebel software development life cycle.
4.Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, function.al design
5.Ability to do technical design
6.Strong Object Oriented programming knowledge, Java, J2EE, Java script. preferred
7.At least 1-3 years Siebel experience
Optional:
1.Familiar with Siebel application automation, Workflow, Assignment Manager
2.Familiar with Siebel EIM, data mapping design, data manipulation
3.Familiar with RDBMS SQL, Stored Procedure, Triggers, Views in Oracle or MS SQL server
4.Siebel Certified consultant is preferred or finish Siebel Core consultant course
Other Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering related.
2.Good English proficiency （written and spoken） 
3.Fast learning capability
