职位描述： 
Merchandise Technician -- Both for men and women Responsibilities:  
 
Supports the Buying Department in all issues related to measurements, fitting, workmanship and quality.
--Analyses and approves all samples (offer, production and delivery) with regard to workmanship and fitting standards/technical details.
--Communicates with suppliers regarding technical and fitting issues or samples
--Performs in-line inspection at factories where appropriate
--Performs Final Inspection in the Distribution Centre where appropriate
--Establishes fitting and quality standards for products in team, ensuring consistency
--Supports the buyers and design team in technical matters of fitting and workmanship during the product development phase
--Reviews and analyzes customer complaints related to workmanship and technical failures
--Has contact with external service providers with regard to fitting, grading and sizing issues
 
Profile:
--Technical Knowledge (garment measuring and fitting)
--Good Computer skills
--At least 2-5 years relevant experience; sizing and grading in relevant industry
--Fluent in English and Mandarin
--Good communication skill
--Good team player, can work under pressure
--Fashion Feeling
