职位描述： 
Responsibilities:  
Responsible for inspecting the products and approving final delivery according to company standards
 
- Approval for release to stores of final product in Distribution Centre or Supplier factory 
- Communication with buying teams and Quality Manager on products that do not meet company quality standards to decide on rejection of shipment
- Organization & follow-up of final inspection at factories / in warehouse
- Proactively organize optimum supplier inspection visits to minimize costs and increase efficiency of inspection
- Ensuring proper documentation of all supplier visits and product inspection (release and reject)
- Advise Supply Chain Management on Supplier capabilities and potential
- Carry out daily correspondence both written and oral
 
Profile:
- Diploma Degree or above with 2-3 year factory experience (apparel or non-apparel) and working in final inspections / quality control
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin (English reading and writing skill)
- Self-motivated, independent worker and proactive
- Working location: Shanghai Baoshan
