Job Responsibilities:
The Asst. Regional GM (ARGM) who must have the trade experience required, will need to quickly acclimatize to the Company culture and capable to learn and understand the existing operating methods to meet company objectives.
?Assist the RGM to promote G2000 goods selling in the Region as leading and profitable retailer and provide services according to the commercial objectives as defined by senior management in China.
?Continuously improve the effectiveness of sales and promotion programs by understanding customers’ needs and market conditions.
?Ensure completion of Business Develop Plan through managing the BD Team effectively to rent profitable shops/counters.
?Maintain and improve good relationship amongst the franchisees and departmental stores.
?Support the RGM to identify new business development opportunities and potential territories for brand and market expansion.
?Develop and implement efficient systems or solutions that facilitate daily operations and long term stability of business growth.
?Supervise functional supporting teams such as Logistics, IT, etc. to ensure smooth operational procedures.
?Revamp or establish operational/systematic procedures manuals for self managed and franchised stores.
?Prepare sales forecasts of budgets, monitoring measures and controls to achieve targeted results.
Candidate Profile
?The ideal candidate should be a dynamic and seasoned professional with at least 10 years of retail management experience. He/She should have strong understanding of retail/ property situations in China & hands-on operational background, entrepreneurial instincts, exceptional "people skills", proven abilities to lead and motivate managers. The appointee should also possess the following qualifications and attributes;
?Ability to achieve regional growth through store extensions and market expansion.
?Sensitivity to changes in the business environment and retail landscape, especially to the areas of pricing and competition, etc.
?Proven track record and demonstrated success in driving and achieving detailed and preset business targets
?Ability to identify growth opportunities and take them to the proper stage of development and implementation.
?Results and bottom-lined oriented, with strong resource skills.
?Demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers, landlords, franchisees and government authorities,
?Committed to create an environment that demand high standards, yet also fosters a highly positive employee attitude
?Highly logical thinking, analytical minded, superb sales and account management skills.
?University degree in relevant field.
?Language-English and Mandarin, Cantonese a plus
?Preference will be given to those with prior exposure in retail operation management and business development.
