1.5 years working experience in garment industry (knitwear would be a plus).
2.Strong customer service consciousness and excellent team work spirit. Good interpersonal skills
3.Good technical knowhow in garment. Strong ability in garment / knitwear technics
4.Fluent in English oral and written
5.Good computer skill
6.Education in textile / garment design or engineering would be a plus
7.Ready and willing to work under pressure
Responsibility
1.Daily management of R&D, sampling center and technical section. Check and monitor performance of supervisors of sampling center and technical section to make sure that their responsibilities are fulfiled.
2munication with designers for challenging styles, quality issues, sample delivery time. Prevent potential problems in R&D process that could cause trouble to bulk production.
3.Daily planning for sampling to make sure that samples are ready on time.
4.Supervision on production specs and red-seal samples to assure a smooth production startup.
5.Coordination with other departments to improve the quality and the efficiency for both sampling and production.
6.Coordination with Quality Control manager to resolve quality problems in R&D and production.
7.Supervision on purchase for sample yarn.
8.Timely report to General Manger on pricing and sample shipment.
