1. Supervise team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure
customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Negotiate and finalize price with customers and vendors
- Confirm orders with customers
- Resolve sample and product defects and issues with customers
- Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories
2. Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through
provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Participate in buyers’ meetings and customers’ buying trips
3. Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers’ buying
objectives
- Source material, accessories or new vendors
- Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers’ requirements
- Advise customers on market trends
4. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
