Job Title: Merchandising Supervisor


主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. 监督采购团队。在必要时给与采购跟单适当的工作提醒。Supervising the merchandising team. Give appropriate work remind to the merchandisers when needed. 
2. 订货会样板的风险评估，样板细节确认，制作订单汇总，并跟进样板开发的巩固工作。Order taking sample risk evaluation, consolidate samples after order taking, confirm sample’s details information with design dept.& sales dept. Make order summary. 
3．检查采购跟单的验货报告。Check merchandisers’ inspection report. 
4．审批合同及出差申请。Check and approve contract and merchandisers’ business trip application. 
5．对PO的定金及其他付款申请进行审核。 PO down payment and payment checking. 
6．每周跟进生产进度表。Follow PSR weekly. 
7. 工厂审计。Factory audit. 
8. 对可接受范围之外的次品判定。Unacceptable defect good judgement. 
9. 安排质量监督检测。Lab test arrangement. 
10.确保与部门之间的协作能够有效率的进行。Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments. 


职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS 
1. 专科以上学历，纺织技术为佳。Diploma holder or above. Major in Textiles Technology is a plus. 
2. 5年以上梭织纺织品开发、采购工作经验。并具有一定的次品判定知识5 years or above working experience in fabric development, sourcing and merchandising for woven garments. Knowedge of defective goods. 
3. 有一定的英文说、写沟通能力；的普通话听、写说能力。Ability to communicate in English in both written and oral. Exellent Mandarin listerning, writing and speaking. 
4. 具备一定的电脑软件技能，如MS Office，特别是Excel、PC software skill, MS office skill required, particularly Excel、Typing skill、ERP system knowledge 
5. 综合素质Integrated Ability 
的沟通能力Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
具备一定的管理技能和组织能力 managerial skills and organizational capabilities
