Job Responsibilities:


· Provide support to the Asia internal users on AX ERP / Finance system

· Help in projects by building up business process knowledge and AX system knowledge

· Provide quick response to the user's inquiry by following existing system standard and operation flows

· Analyze new business requirements, identify problem areas of systems and 

recommend solutions

· Translate business requirements into functional specifications

· Participate in enhancement testing to ensure the quality of any customization 

development


Job Requirements:



· College in Information System / Business Administration or above

· 1 to 3 years relevant working experience 

· Experience in label, printing, woven or garment manufacturing industry is an advantage

· Knowledge of ERP implementation and support is preferred

· Good command of spoken and written English (Grade 6 passed) and Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage 

· Good interpersonal and communications skills in dealing with all level of users and able to communicate with users in English to collect required information 

· Travel frequently to Guangzhou and Hong Kong
