Job Responsibilities:
· Report to the Service Bureau team in Hong Kong and support the daily operation of the team
· Support ordering processes for Customer Service / Key Account Service / Production teams worldwide
· Support EDI Processing (inbound / outbound) and administration of EDI system
· Support and administrate E-Platform (Online Ordering System) activities
· Provide helpdesk services on Service Bureau operation and other supporting activities
Job Requirements:
· College in Computer Science / Information System or above
· 1 to 3 years IT / helpdesk services experience
· Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage
· Hands-on programming experience with ASP, Javascript, Excel (VBA), VB,
C#, MSSQL 2000, TSQL, Java
· Experience in EDI processing is an advantage
· Good interpersonal and communications skills in dealing with all level of users
· Good team player, initiative and willing to learn
