This is a new role responsible for developing a service orientated, customer focused, high quality, effective and efficient front of house reception/concierge and switchboard service. The reception area will be the first point of contact for staff, customers, suppliers and guests. Our aim is to achieve a similar level of service as experienced in a 5 star hotel.
