生产经理

任职资格：
1、必须至少两年袜子行业生产管理经验；
2、必须懂各种不同的袜子，以及袜子的生产流程和工艺；
3、必须能适应和去学习其他种类产品的生产（例如：促销品、包装、印刷、服装、箱包、模具制造）；
4、能适应偶尔出差；
岗位职责：
1、开发新的加工厂；
2、负责产品材料清单的制定和审核，以确定产品成本；
3、负责安排产品的生产计划、协调和调度，管理好各个工厂；
4、不定时的访问工厂，确保生产环节、工艺的准确性，确保按期交货；
5、负责产品的质量管理，品管队伍的建设和日常管理；
6、审核质量控制报告；
7、负责打样样品的确定和批准。

Production Manager
-Must have at least 2 years experience in managing sock production.
-Must understand the different types of socks and their production methods.
-Must have an understanding of materials used in sock production.
-Must be adaptable to learn other types of production (ie. phone cases, promotional items, packaging, printing, apparel, bags, and mold making).
-Must be willing to travel on occasion
-Job responsibilities will include:
-Identifying new factories to work with
-Creating bill of materials to identify product costs
-Visiting factories on occasion to ensure accurate processes and lead times
-Scheduling production with factories
-Managing quality control personnel
-Reviewing quality control reports
-Approving samples
