Support New York based technical design team in creating great product in China. Splendid is a brand with an LA vibe， relaxed soft product knits， sweaters and wovens （women’s， kids and mens）. We currently have 8 main factories for womens product.

　　The person we are looking to fill this role will need to be available evenings and mornings for calls and video conference with New York and during the days they will work directly with factories to review all fit status， factory callouts that impact the spec and make the needed changes or communication to NY. This person must be organized， be confident to make decisions， be able to stay close in touch consistently with New York providing information and making decisions. This person’s product role begins once the SMS ship gathering of info for BOM and all FDS.

　　Skills required：

　　•Excel skills

　　•PLM （or fast learner）

　　•knowledge in patterns， grading， measuring and specification sheets

　　•Product centric （looking at the product from all angles not just the spec）

　　•3-5 years’ experience needed

　　Daily requirements：

　　•Updates to PLM updates and maintenance （all information to be accurate）

　　•This person must be able to create their own drawings or explanations in the tech pack

　　•Calendar adherence

　　•.Check-in with all factories daily to make sure all is on time from SMS on create and maintain a fit tracker

　　•Make sure all the factories have visibility to the tracker and the dates

　　•.Problem solve the issues daily： present solutions to ny and the factory

　　•Manage and teach the how to measure guide， make sure all factories are measuring each piece correctly and understand

　　•Manage the shipping and distribution of fit samples， pp samples and TOP get sent to the right locations and are labeled properly

　　◦Make sure to understand yourself the needs and that the tools are available to you （like our hang tags）

　　•Green tag all PP's （pre-production samples） upon NY approval

　　•Use the splendid china showroom， to compare against your samples for accuracy （keep history/library）

　　•This role owns all china product after sms into bulk for accuracy， fit and grade

　　•Required to travel to the factories if necessary

　　•Work with QC Delta if and when needed

　　•Update all images in the tech pack for bulk for accuracy
