Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
1. Increases management’s effectiveness by orienting, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining manager of HR and supervisor of Administration. Communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing development opportunities.
2. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
3. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
5. Build up, develop and maintain company culture to support the company’s vision and mission, develop and implement programs to build management culture that are consistent to company cultural pillars. Advise on risk management; Implement performance management and build performance driven culture.
6. Strengthen HR capabilities in departments and provide mentoring and coaching program. Conduct management coaching and talent mentoring
7. In charge of Legal cases of the company, anticipate changes in Labor Law; evaluate its impact to operation and development of contingency and/or regulatory plans. Ensure that the company is in compliance with employment laws and identify legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources function.
8. Determine competencies required to meet objectives and responsible for staffing, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, and HR administration.
9. Plan and direct company-wide recruitment activities, establish recruitment standards, program budgets and delivery. Responsible for recruitment of Senior Manager positions Execute talent review, organizational review and succession planning. Build up external talent succession pool, drive internal succession and retain top talents.
10. Establish and deliver company-wide training and development framework.
11. Provide guideline to Business Units on compensation and benefits policies and framework.
12. Develop, review and improve company’s HR strategy, policies, budgets, activities, practices and processes that translate business strategies and issues into appropriate HR actions to act as a change driver, to maximize organizational effectiveness, participate with senior management in strategic planning process develop.
13. Provide HR consultation to the senior management teams to enable organization effectiveness to consistently achieve business results.
14. Other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements/任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or administration management;
2. More than 10years experience in large WOFE for overall and strategic human resources and administration management;
3. Proficient English, both written and oral;
