Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容：

　　1. 全面管理面辅料来料品质管理；

　　2. 确保IQC人员保持高标准化工作；

　　3. 确保IQC部门人员接受高标准地培训；

　　4. 按照要求完成每日、每周、每月的检验报告；

　　5. 确保检验来料在3天内完成检验；

　　6. 维持好部门内部良好的工作关系，确保QC活动信息的透明度和流转；

　　7. 定期与生产人员进行沟通，跟进处理车间问题；

　　8. 按要求参加相关管理会议；

　　9. 监督指导以提率和质量；

　　10. 遵守所有安全法规；

　　11. 标样库的建立整理和持续完善；

　　12. 保证疵样信息在QC间的流转参考；

　　13. 根据确认样的品质及相关要求完成测试；

　　14. 根据要求确保所有仪器设备可被维修和计量校准的；

　　15.公司委派的其他任务。

　　1. Manage the incoming material （fabric & trims） QC department.

　　2. Ensure the IQC department is staffed with inspectors of the highest standard available.

　　3. Keep the IQC department trained to the highest standard.

　　4. Maintain inspections records as required including daily， weekly and monthly reports as directed and requested.

　　5. Ensure that all incoming materials waiting for IQC are processed within 3 days of receiving.

　　6. Maintain a good working relationship with all internal departments ensuring a good flow of information and transparency of QC activities.

　　7. Communicate with production staff on scheduling， follow up and solve issues from production.

　　8. Attend all management meetings as required.

　　9. Conduct audits to improve efficiency and quality.

　　10. Comply with all safety regulations.

　　11. Maintain a library of approved quality standards.

　　12. Maintain a physical database of defect samples for QC reference.

　　13. Ensure all testing is carried out as per the approved and required standards.

　　14. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated where required

　　15. Other tasks assigned by the company.

　　Requirements/任职资格：

　　1. 纺织相关大专以上文凭或同等证明；

　　2. 5年以上QC工作经验；

　　3. 具有梭织面料、针织经纬编面料相关知识及工作经验；

　　4. 具有颜色评估技能经验；

　　5. 完成每日、每周、每月产量和效率目标；

　　6. 较好的Office及其它工作软件技能；

　　7. 较好的英语口语、书面能力，并能够完成书面报告；

　　8. 管理培训QC团队，保持高质。

　　1. Textile diploma or equivalent.

　　2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a QC role.

　　3. Experience with weft， warp and woven fabrics

　　4. Good color vision and color matching skills

　　5. Ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly output and efficiency targets

　　6. Have a good working knowledge of Excel and Word software

　　7. Good written and oral communication skills in English including generating reports as required

　　8. Ability to train staff and manage the QC team effectively maximizing efficiencies
