岗位要求：Responsibilities：

　　1- Organize maintain color stard database distribute color stards to merchising teams customers。维护颜色标准数据库，向跟单团队和客户分发颜色标准。

　　2- Provide technical advice support to customers， merchisers QA team。为客户、跟单及技术团队提供技术建议和支持。

　　3- Provide advice comments on lab-dipping coloration techniques。对实验室浸渍染色技术提供建议和意见。

　　4- Raise discuss color issues with customers， factories merchisers。与客户、工厂和跟单讨论并确认颜色问题。

　　5- Manage all color approval job on raw material in time monitor supplier performance in line with the company color evaluation procedure.根据公司颜色审批流程，及时管理所有面料料的颜色审批工作，监控供应商的表现。

　　Requirements：

　　1- Diploma or Degree in Clothing， Textile Merchising， Textile， Colorization or related disciplines preferred。大专以上学历，服装，纺织或相关优先。

　　2- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience。至少3年以上相关工作经验。

　　3- Strong color matching capability， familiar with textile knowledge in fabric garment area。较强的配色能力，熟悉面料服装领域的相关知识。

　　4- Able to work under pressure， result oriented， excellent communication ， self-motivated， responsive detail minded。具有抗压能力，以结果为导向，的沟通能力，自我激励，对细节有细致的反应。

　　5- Ability to build strong relationships with the team， communicate effectively with internal external parties。能够与团队建立良好的关系，与内部和外部有效沟通。

　　6- Excellent comm of written spoken English preperred。 英文熟练有限考虑。
