　　MY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

　　● I implement lab tests and guarantee test results’ reliability.

　　我独立操作各项测试，并确保测试结果准确可靠

　　● I manage and highlight product risks through testing.

　　我通过测试，管理并预警产品风险

　　● I new test methods and launch new test projects with my partners.

　　我与合作伙伴共同更新或开发测试方法

　　● I am responsible for the local deployment of the Quality System and manage the laboratory'''s continuous improvement.

　　我确保遵守实验室质量体系要求，并不断地优化体系

　　● I manage and drive lab projects.

　　我管理并推动实验室相关项目运行

　　● I manage Decathlon internal labs to run smoothly through daily work （machines maintain， purchasing etc.）.

　　我分管实验室内部管理工作并确保实验室正常运作 （如机器设备管理，耗材管理等）

　　● I ensure the coherence and repeatability among different （internal， supplier， external） labs.

　　我确保测试结果在不同实验室间（迪卡侬内部，供应商，第三方实验室）的一致性和可重复性

　　● I drive Quality Assessment in internal and external labs.

　　我推动内外部实验室审核的顺利开展

　　● I coach supplier labs and improve their management autonomy.

　　我辅导供应商实验室并推动其自主管理水平的改进
